As you may be aware, the recent tariffs and the possibility of additional tariffs continue to impact the broader business environment for us and our customers in the United States and Canada. As with all business challenges, we take these situations very seriously. These changes, coupled with future potential tariff impacts, have created a new challenge, and we have found it necessary to introduce a price increase to cover this first round of Tariffs. We may need to adjust our future pricing to incorporate these imposed tariffs. The current adjustments will go into effect on March 17th, 2025. We will be reviewing all open sales orders and quotes to apply any appropriate increase. Amusement Devices & Mfg.
